Your Key to Improvement

When it comes to mood, memory improvement and dementia prevention there is no single  remedy that fit’s all. While our bodies and brains have many needs in common, every body is different and every brain has unique challenges and needs.

So whatever helped your mother, brother, friend or neighbor, or even a group of people in a study, may not help you. The key is “biological individuality.” Each of us is different. That's why top experts have now concluded, there will never be a “silver bullet,” i.e. a single drug or vaccine to stop or prevent anxiety, depression or dementia. There are just too many different potential causes or contributors.

But what we do have, and what is really working to an amazing extent is what Dr. Dale Bredesen (former Chief Neurologist at UCSF, and Prof of Neurology at UCLA), calls “silver buckshot.” By this he is referring to a combined multifaceted, research based, synergistic approach, which ideally is targeted to each individuals unique conditions and needs.

But it all starts with a good assessment of each person's unique contributing factors (and there are potentially more than 80 possibilities). Moreover, if you do not know what your particular contributing factors are, you can end up spending a lot of time and money taking and doing things that won’t make a dimes bit of difference for you, and ignoring key factors in developing an effective plan for your personal progress.

So that is the purpose of this assessment tool. To help make you aware of the various things in your life, diet, and environment that could be contributing to malfunctions in your brain, and then provide recommendations, based on your answers and the research, to guide you to the information on this site and elsewhere that may help you overcome, fix or compensate for these potentially harmful contributing factors.

The questionnaire that drives this program has been used to help develop programs that people have paid thousands of dollars for. We ask only for a $10 donation. This is the primary revenue used to fund and update this site. So making that donation to take this assessment, should not only help you, but potentially thousands of others who will visit this site.

If you cannot afford the $10 donation please email us or call the number in the bottom right corner of this page under DONATE TODAY, for instructions on how to to obtain a free assessment.
